How does the MBTi make you a better sales person?

The MBTi Sales Success workshop provides the fundamentals of how different personality types are motivated to buy, receive information, make decisions and deal with the world. With this knowledge you can learn to present your product or service in a way that makes your customer or client listen and then buy.

We use the MBTI in our personality selling workshops to firstly identify the “Type” of the salesperson who participants in the workshop. We then use this information to help them to recognize the “Type” of their customers and adapt their style accordingly to maximize the relationship with the customers/clients.
